Nuovo Teson – Venice Hotel
Nuovo Teson Hotel Venice
We stayed at the Nuovo Teson on our 4 night trip to Venice. It was a very basic yet comfortable spot in a great location for a great price. There are no bells or whistles. There is an old-fashioned key system, with a real key that you leave at the front desk when you go out for the day.
The staff is kind and helpful, and there is a small breakfast included in the price of the room. There is also free wifi available throughout the small hotel.
We were right at the water taxi stop for Arsenale, about a 10-minute walk from San Marco Square.
We aren’t big into the super touristy things so we spent most of our time in the Caravaggio neighborhood, that was about at 20-minute walk. I thought about it, about if I would have preferred to stay in that neighborhood, but I liked the location we had, it had us walking all over the island. We were also about a 10-minute walk from the large park at the end of the island. We spent some time there relaxing and it was great.
Overall I’d recommend the hotel.
