Take a Hike in High Castle Park
Head out of town, past St. Georges Church, and you’ll find several dirt/pebble paths that lead up into the hills. Follow any of them, and you can’t help but find the winding, climbing path up the hill. It’s not a difficult hike, anyone can make it to the top. The path is clearly marked and well paved.
You’ll hit some metal stairs, keep on climbing.
Don’t be surprised, when you get up the hill there is no Castle there. The castle was destroyed long ago, but you can find some ruins there.
You can climb to the highest lookout point and see the whole city. It’s quite impressive, and you’ll discover that Lviv is much bigger and more colorful than you thought.
